FAQ
1. Why are new client prices different than returning service prices?
I believe in providing exceptional service and personalized attention to each of my guests, both new and returning. Here's why new client prices may differ:
1. Comprehensive Consultation: As a new client, I take the time to get to know you, your hair history, preferences, and goals. We conduct thorough consultations to ensure I understand your needs fully. This comprehensive process may require additional time compared to regular appointments.
2. Customized Services: New clients often require extra attention to assess their hair condition, discuss desired outcomes, and recommend suitable services. I tailor my treatments to meet your specific needs, which may involve additional steps or products.
2. I want my dark hair to be platinum blonde or a pastel rainbow, what can I expect?

1. Natural Dark Hair: Achieving platinum blonde or pastel colors is possible, but it may require multiple sessions. The process involves lifting the dark pigment from your hair through bleaching and toning treatments.
2. Colored Dark Hair: Transitioning becomes more challenging if your hair has been previously colored dark. Achieving platinum blonde or pastel shades may be unlikely in a single session due to the difficulty of lifting dark pigments. We'll discuss realistic options and alternative colors that may better suit your hair's current condition.

How long can i expect my rainbow color to last?
When considering the longevity of your vibrant or rainbow hair color, the number of shampoos is a more accurate measure. Here's what you can anticipate:
-Pigment Intensity: The darker the color, the more pigmented it is, resulting in a longer-lasting vibrancy. For vivid colors, you can expect approximately 8-15 washes when using recommended shampoo. Remember your hair will fade with every wash.
-Pastel Colors: Pastel hues have lighter pigmentation, leading to a shorter lifespan. With pastel colors, you can expect the vibrancy to last about 2-5 shampoos.
-Factors Affecting Color Fade: Various factors can contribute to color fade. Taking baths instead of showers, swimming in chlorinated pools, lakes, or oceans, and prolonged sun exposure can all expedite color fading. Additionally, using hot tools such as curling or flat irons at high temperatures can accelerate color loss.
To preserve the vibrancy of your vivid or rainbow hair color, use recommended shampoo, minimize exposure to water and sunlight, and avoid excessive heat styling. Consider wearing a hat when spending time outdoors to protect your hair from sun damage.
What should I look for in an inspiration photo?

When selecting an inspiration photo for your hair transformation, it's essential to consider the following factors:
1. Hair Texture and Density: Choose a photo of someone with a similar texture and density of hair as yours. If you have fine hair and select a photo of someone with thick hair, you might end up disappointed when your hair doesn't look like the inspiration photo. Matching your hair texture and density with the inspiration photo can help set realistic expectations for your hair transformation.

2. Color Direction: While an inspiration photo can provide guidance on the desired color direction, it's essential to understand that hair color is not an exact science. As a stylist, I'm not a photocopier, and there may be limitations to completely recreating a photo. Factors such as your natural hair color, previous color treatments, underlining pigments in your hair and hair condition can influence the final result. Use the inspiration photo to communicate the overall look you're aiming for, but be open to adjustments based on your hair's unique characteristics.
By selecting an inspiration photo that aligns with your hair texture and considering the color direction as a guide rather than a strict blueprint, we can work together to create a customized hair transformation that suits your individual style and enhances your natural beauty.
